unfortunately yes. but what winds up hurting the most is not the fact that it’s not received, but how much you’re willing to give regardless.

To be honest I liked it better when you didn’t ask questions and just did random musings. I suppose I came to the party late.

And you always give your best. Most of the time people won’t even notice. But they’re people. That’s how they are.

I’m glad you liked my random musings. With some images there were multiple lines I felt compelled to write. Sometimes it tears me up a little, having to choose just one story.

Why just choose one? Why not write them all?

i’ve lived my life like that.. giving and no one noticing. And then when someone does notice, i get uncomfortable.

i don’t give my best to others, at least not now at this point in my life. i save my best for myself, and the things that i love, like my art and writing. i would require someones best in return, but few people seem to be willing to give you everything, even if you give everything you have in return.
