Problems versus Solutions

Some people say there will always be more problems than solutions, but isn’t the opposite true? There must be a hundred theoreticians for every question in science, and for every problem in life, as many differently nuanced solutions as friends. When it comes down to it, aren’t good problems more interesting anyway?

Transcriptorial: Better to have more problems / than solutions.

There are many answers. Most of them are wrong.

As a race constantly striving towards something, running out of problems would mean that there is no more room for improvement.

I, for one, would go ahead and invent some.

My thoughts on this are…

I’d rather have more options than problems …

Probably because one of my favourite sayings is
“If all you have is a hammer, every problem starts to look like a nail…”

Which is both extremely funny, but also disturbingly deeply true. Aand at the end of the day, no-one wants a one-trick pony. So I’d opt for more options, every time.
