Why? it’s already hard coded by evolution. Like some spiders and the mantids eating their mates… like stallions biting their mares’ necks to hold on… like those deep sea angler fish whose males fuse themselves to their mates’ side…

Yes but the male scorpions probably don’t know that and by the time they have a chance to learn from experience it’s too late.
