Perfect Plan
What would one even look like? The nice thing about plans is that if anything changes, they are worth as much as random squiggles on a page.

The plan which wouldn’t have any human factor involved.
I don’t think it can exist. There are too many uncontrollable factors in this world. You wouldn’t need to just take out the human factor, you’d need to take out the living factor–bugs, dogs, and birds all can respond unpredictably. Even plants can sometimes mutate to a point where they bend away from the sun instead of towards it.
Even beyond that. In planing for things in space there is still things you can’t always acount for.
There is nothing new except what has been forgotten.
